Effective Jan 2026 | Rate: 15% + EC

  • Private Employee: Min MSC ₱5,000 → You pay ₱250, Employer ₱510, Total = ₱760/month
  • Voluntary / Self‑Employed / OFW: Full rate → Min ₱760/month, Max ₱5,280/month
  • Benefits: Sickness, Maternity, Disability, Retirement, Funeral, Death, Loans

🧾 2. Pag‑IBIG Fund (HDMF)

Rate: 2–4%

  • Private Employee: >₱1,500 salary → You pay ₱200, Employer ₱200, Total = ₱400/month
  • Voluntary / Self‑Employed: Min ₱200/month
  • Benefits: High dividends (~5–7%), Housing Loan, Multi‑Purpose/Calamity Loan

🧾 3. PhilHealth – Regular & Indigent / Sponsored

Effective 2026 | Rate: 5%

  • Regular Private Employee: Min ₱250/month, Max ₱2,500/month
  • Voluntary / Self‑Employed: Min ₱500/month, Max ₱5,000/month

🆓 Indigent / Sponsored Membership (No Payment)

Who qualifies:

  • ✅ Listed in DSWD Listahanan / 4Psautomatically enrolled
  • ✅ No stable income / earnings too low for basic needs
  • ✅ Unemployed, homeless, or informal workers with no steady pay
  • ✅ Bona‑fide resident of Estancia / Northern Iloilo; not already covered

  • 📝 PhilHealth Member Registration Form (PMRF)
  • 📄 Barangay Certificate of Indigency & Residency

  4. PhilHealth encodes your status → ₱0 monthly contribution
  5. Get your MDR / PIN; coverage active immediately
